• Time-out periods: A short cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) can be requested at any casino reception without providing a reason.
• Session reminders: On request, floor staff will discreetly notify a guest after a set number of hours of continuous play.
• Restricted marketing: Guests who self-exclude are automatically removed from all promotional communication and Rime Club invitations for the duration of their exclusion.

Our commitments

• We do not knowingly serve alcohol to a visibly intoxicated guest at the casino tables, and floor supervisors are trained to pause play with a guest showing signs of distress.

All casino is conducted in accordance with the house rules posted at each table and applicable Norwegian casino regulations.
